Eyes, Ears, All We Need!

Those Who Were Blind But Now See!!
Those Who Have Ears To Hear The Good News!!

But to this day the Lord has not given you a mind that understands or eyes that see or ears that hears. Deuteronomy 29: 4

God is letting the Israelites know that they have not received all that they need.
That there is still more to come from Him.

That is not true of believers today.
That anyone who receives Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, they are given the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Jesus Christ living inside us.
He gives us His mind, His mind that understands the universe, God’s ways, the meaning of life.
He gives us His words, His words that show us the way to live, the life eternal, the best way to prosper.
He gives us His heart, His heart for the lost, the broken, the lonely, the needy.
He gives us His eyes, His eyes to see people the way He wants us to see them, in love, with mercy and compassion.
He gives us our Lord, to live inside us, to be bound up inside us, living and walking and breathing with us, every moment of every day, living in sync with our Maker, no longer separated but completely One with Him.

May we know that we know that we know if we have received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, we have His eyes, His ears, His heart, and every good gift that we need for this life.

May we know that we know that we know God was telling the Israelites that though they were Priests of the Lord leading everyone to the One True God, that God still had more, more for them, more for everyone who believes in Him, that would come through Jesus Christ.

May we know that we know that we know the Israelites suffered to bring us the One True God, the God of Abraham and Isaac and Jacob, and that God still has plans to give them the completion of their salvations, the completion of their faith, their Jewish Messiah, who will give them the eyes to see and ears to hear, the deep intimacy that God has always longed to have with His Chosen Priests.
