Finisher of our Faith

Those Who Choose Surrender!!
Those Who Believe and Are Saved!!

For if you lay the foundation and are not able to finish it, everyone who sees it will ridicule you, saying This person began to build and wasn’t able to finish. Luke 14: 29-30

Jesus is telling us we must us to finish the work.
Not works.
But work.
Which is to believe in Jesus.

For they already believed in God, the foundation.
For Jesus said it was finished at the cross.
They needed their salvation finished by receiving Jesus as Lord.

He gave us a choice to follow Him, the way of life or follow the world system of short-term happiness with death and pain and separation from God focused on earning rewards here, the flesh that will never satisfy.

For He is saying we can follow Him, giving up that focus on here and now, and live for the eternal kingdom of God, living in unity with our Maker, earning treasures in Heaven and gaining the deep satisfaction meeting our purposes here and now, that leads to life in a place where death, sickness, disease, blindness, paralysis, pain won’t factor into or exist in the new challenges, adventures, new heights of learnings and mountain climbing’s of life with those who stay healthy and youthful, literally forever.

They needed to receive Jesus as Lord moving their focus on eternity, following Him instead of this season of life alone.
Which is a choice.

May we know that we know that we know we can choose to follow Jesus, living today in the Kingdom of God that takes us into eternity.

May we know that we know that we know He calls us to choose Him as our Lord over all people, titles, pursuits, so that we can be united with Him, walking with Him today, tomorrow, and forever.

May we know that we know that we know He is worthy to be followed, for He is life and gives life in abundance.
