God’s Faithfulness Speaking through Creation

Children Trusting in the One True God!
Sons and Daughters Who Know Where Their Help Comes From!

As long as the earth endures seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night will never cease. Genesis 8: 22

I have been reading through multiple books in the Bible, Genesis being one of them right now.
Trying to ponder more deeply on individual scriptures that hit me differently.

And I saw this one and I thought, well I don’t have to worry about global warming.
Because He promises the seasons.

That I don’t have to worry about solar eclipses stealing my light forever.
That I don’t have to worry at all.
That He is consistent.

That I can see His faithfulness through creation.
That God is showing He is giving us stability.
Because life can be chaotic and change fast.
But when everything around me seems unstable, I can just look at the very evident creation all around me and see God is faithful, I don’t have to worry.

I can look at the birds and remember He provides for them, food, family, spaces to live, too.

I can look at the sky and see the blue hue of His painting for me, with occasional fluffy clouds and that He is constantly painting the sky for me to enjoy, remembering He loves me.

I can look at the dark of nighttime and see the nightlights of stars and moon twinkling at me from my Father, who gave me natural nightlights that I not be afraid of the dark, when I lie down and sleep.

That when I see the changing seasons I can remember they serve a purpose in this life, that fall brings food harvests, and spring brings new life, and that winters, bring time to rest, and summer brings ample activity.

So that no matter what is happening in my life I can see the faithfulness of my Father who sent me Jesus to provide for me freedom, healing, Himself to live inside me daily and nightly, so that no matter where I am or where I am going to what I am going through, I have stability, peace, trusting in Him.

May we know that we know that we know no matter what we are going through, we can simply look around us and see He is faithful.
