Growing in Power Part II

Those Who Choose The Great Commission!!
Those Who Embrace The Eternal Purpose That Yields Treasure That Will Not Perish Or Fade!!

Yet Saul grew more and more powerful and baffled the Jews living in n Damascus by proving that Jesus the Messiah Acts 9: 22

Back in July (the 25th) I had written about how preaching Jesus will lead us to grow in power like Paul.
Paul did not walk with Jesus like the disciples.
When He was saved, He was in complete disobedience to Jesus. breathing out murderous threats and having approved of the stoning of Stephen a disciple of Jesus.

So He had to grow in obedience to Jesus.
He had to grow by preaching the truth.
The Truth about Jesus.

And as He did, he grew in power.
That means we can grow the power of the Holy Spirit in us, by obedience.

The apostles were healing the sick right after they received the Holy Spirit fall on them.
They went out bold preaching the gospel with their tongues on fire for Jesus and His words.

But Paul did not walk with Jesus.
He did not heal the sick right away.
In fact, he needed one of Jesus’s disciples to pray over Him that he would be healed.

That it was only through boldly preaching Jesus and the gospel that God released more power in Him and through Him.

All of which should encourage us.
That the more we preach Jesus Christ and spread His truth, the more God will trust us.
Then the more the miracles we will see around us, just like Paul and the apostles.

May we know that we know that we know the power is God’s.

May we know that we know that we know the more we are sold out to Jesus, the more obey Him by preaching His truth, the more we will see Him, Jesus show out and do what He does, open the eyes of the blind, make the sick well, bring the dead back to life, forever.

May we know that we know that we know God will empower us—those of us who are keen to tell everyone anywhere, in the grocery store, in our friend groups, at work, in the mail room and everywhere else about Jesus— so that all people to come to the saving wisdom of Jesus Christ, that would all enter eternity of health, healing, life with Him in His Kingdom forever.
