We are witnesses of these things, and so is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey Him. Acts 5: 32

To those who obey Him.

Peter is telling us by the wisdom of the Holy Spirit the key on how to definitively receive the Holy Spirit.
How?
We obey God.

What do we have to obey?
Do we have to obey every single commandment to receive the Holy Spirit?
No.

Peter is telling us, we have to obey the command to believe the One He sent—receiving Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior.
That This obedience will bring us the Holy Spirit.

Because when we believe, we will receive the Holy Spirit, who then inspires, motivates and leads us to follow all of the other commands.

Now, we have become vessels of new life, with Jesus on the inside.

He, the Holy Spirit of Jesus and God, seals us for eternity.
Then He teaches us to walk in greater obedience that brings blessings, God having re-written our hearts, our desires, our motivations.

And as we walk in greater obedience yielding to God’s plans, His ways, His methods, the power of the Holy Spirit grows inside us.

For all of God’s commands are meant to bless us, giving us life, giving us peace and joy in the midst of trials, as well as get us through and out of trials.

May we know that we know that we know if we believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, We shall receive the promised Holy Spirit who will lead us into greater blessings here and now and there and then soon.
