Not On Us

Children Who Have Learned to Receive!!
Blessed Sons and Daughters Bearing New Hearts!!

In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead. James 2: 17

While we make actions in our faith, it grows our faith.
As we take steps for baptism or following the Lord in His ways, His commands, we are taking action.

But I want to clarify this scripture.

God is the source.
When He gave us the Holy Spirit, He gave us a new Mind.
When He gave us the new mind, it changed our desires.
For He is the source of our motivations now.
For He is the leader of our souls now.
For He is the new Spirit inside us leading and guiding us to do things that defy our natural minds.
For He is the One who prompts us to do new things:
surrendering everything to Him and forgiving everything and anything, and loving, when we get nothing back.
He brings this faith through us.
He is the fire inside us that we have to get out.

Jesus died to set us free from striving, from religion, from bearing the weight of the world on our shoulders.

Now we get to lean back on Him, and learn from Him, and let Him point us, motivate us, fill us with His love.
That He will prompt us.
That He is the catalyst that transforms our heart to perform the actions that show our faith is indeed alive.

May we know that we know that we know, He is our source of faith.

May we know that we know that we know, He is the one that puts the desires in our hearts and spurs us on to do what He put in our hearts to do.

May we know that we know that we know, we are free from making it happen, and free to follow Him, His ways, His new heart inside us, that He makes it happen and keeps the fan of flames of our faith burning inside.
