The Secret of the Kingdom

Those Who See and Perceive!
Those Who Hear and Understand

He told them, the secret of the Kingdom of God has been given to you. But to those on the outside everything is said in parables… otherwise they might turn and be forgiven. Mark 4: 11-12

Anyone ever read this and think I’m sure glad He explains these parables to me!

That we like the disciples have been given the Secret of the Kingdom of God.

I used to think it was the scriptures being explained.
that, that was the Secret.

But then I thought, well they were all baptized by John the Baptist, so forgiveness is this secret.

But then I thought oh, my word!!
Jesus is the secret!!
That Jesus, is the Secret, of the Kingdom of God.

That Jesus, Himself, was and is The Secret that was being revealed at that time to the Jews.
That He Himself had been concealed all throughout scripture, now to be revealed as This Secret.
That Jesus was concealed in all of the ways of God and was now revealed as the way of God and to God.
That Jesus was concealed through the lives all of those who went before them, their experiences, their trials, now revealed as all He was and would be, their Messiah, their Redeemer, their Solution, their Answer, their Hope.
That Everything in the past that they were living for, Was Jesus, for this time to come that He be revealed and save the world.

My Son, My Son, My One and Only Son.
The Lord will Provide the Ram.
And By Lot He will be Chosen as the Sacrifice.
That He would be The Way into the Kingdom of God.

That He would come down as God, in the form of a man.
That Jesus would have the words of life.
That Jesus would bring healing to the world.
That Jesus would bring life to the world.
That Jesus gives us and explains scriptures to us.
That Jesus brought us forever forgiveness.

And since the disciples, were already following Him, they had This Key, This, The Secret to the Kingdom, Jesus!

That like the disciples, that as we see Him, receive Him, believe in Him, we receive this understanding, this forgiveness too.

That Jesus is the way in.
For He is The Way, The Truth, the Life!

May we know that we know that we know Jesus is the secret, the answer, the way, the meaning of this life, the everything we need, all that we are really seeking and everything we don’t or didn’t know we want.
