Whole World… Then

Disciples Fulfilling the Greatest Commission!
The Redeemed of the Lord Who Say So!

And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations then the end will come. Matthew 24: 14

I went to an international Christian conference a couple years ago and it was full of missionaries from around the world.
They even had a parade inside the conference center of every group with their countries nations flags.
It took hours.
It felt like watching the opening ceremonies for the Olympics.
The whole world, every continent was represented.

Last week at my Bible study group, we discussed what Jesus meant by preached.
Like what this requirement for His return, really meant.

For those at that conference were dead set and reaching every nation, every tongue for the gospel.
That their goal was to do it as fast and as frequently as possible as much as possible, that it would hasten Jesus to come.
The keynote speaker literally made that the call to arms.

In my group we wanted to know, did Jesus mean that every continent, or every Kingdom had to hear His words?
Once in all time on each land mass, every generation?, or have missionaries in every political nation?
Or did every person on this planet had to have access to know the truth or hear it?
Which seems impossible to every fulfill because people are born every single day.
We wondered, where was the line?

In my understanding of God’s goodness and His desire for all people, every person to know Jesus Christ, I know that God is speaking to all people, individuals, calling all persons, each individual on this planet, every day from birth until they know He is the truth and then they can decide.

But in this requirement for Jesus to return, our calling from God to meet, I truly believe this has already been met.
That the whole world has been preached the gospel!

For the gospel left Jerusalem 2000 years ago and has circled the planet, all to return right now, with atheists, Jews, and Muslims giving their lives to Jesus Christ, Yeshua, right now in Jerusalem, revival spreading out.

That Jesus, His truth preached, has literally circled the world and is now back to the beginning.

For there have been believers of Christ preaching and living and witnessing in every country and continent since the gospel first spread at Pentecost in an international attended hub of the world and then went to Rome, that covered the world.

And now with the internet, satellites, and smart phones (that I experienced in the most rural parts of Africa over 20 years ago) and the fact the Holy Spirit was loosed 2000 years to call people, and I have proof in the Bible that God Himself calls to unbelieving non God seeking people in dreams (Pilates wife- Matthew 27: 19), I truly believe that the gospel has been preached in the whole world.
That this requirement for Jesus’s return has now been met.
(while He is seeking individuals all day, everywhere without borders).

Not that I intend to stop telling every person I meet that Jesus loves them and speak the good news of Jesus to them, thinking this portion of Jesus’s return requirement has been met.

In fact, believing that this portion, this condition has been met for Jesus’s return, inspires me to preach more and more of Jesus, giving up more of my time and my wants, and my finances, to accomplish this for each person I encounter in this life, no matter where I am, knowing we are so close for Jesus returning.

Because I don’t want a single person I have met, or have yet to meet, in this life to miss out on eternity with all things good, our loving Savior Jesus.

May we know that we know that we know Jesus is coming back, really soon.

May we know that we know that we know this should motivate us to warp speed, telling everyone we know, we meet, see or even think about Jesus and how He saved us.

May we know that we know that we know this is the season to share as much and as often about Jesus, the Messiah, who lived the perfect life for us, that He could choose to give up His life on the cross, that made a way for us to receive His perfect work that we could have God as our Father for all eternity.
