No Fault Found!
Those Who ‘s Eyes Are Opened To The Truth!!
Those Who’s Minds Contemplate The Things That Are Above Not On Things That Are On Earth!
What fault did you ancestors find in me that they strayed so far from me? Jeremiah 2: 5
The older I get the more I realize the love of God.
The more I recognize His heart being bruised.
The more I recognize just how much rejection He has had to absorb.
For reading through Jeremiah this morning, I constantly hear the hurt in God’s words.
I know that God is not human.
In the same sense we are.
Since He made us.
He designed us.
He spoke us into being.
He is Spirit.
He is creator.
He is life.
He is wisdom.
He is everything.
And He made everything.
But Jesus, God, came down in the human form.
He came down to reveal His heart, His character, His mind to us.
That we could see Him, understand Him, grasp Him.
That our finite minds could understand a portion of this infinite God.
And He speaks through Jeremiah His lament to us, about us.
Just like we do when someone who we have chosen to love, to like, to seek, chooses to not to love, like or seek us back.
That we seek to understand.
That we seek to figure out why.
That we question what we did wrong.
Now Jesus is also aksing this question to make us think.
What has He done wrong that w woudl reject Him.
And if we really ponder this question- what fault did we find in Him?
This question that seeks to reveal His heart,
But this question that seeks to spur on our brain juices,
This question that should lead us to ask ourselves, what fault did we find that we not follow Him?
Because if we do, we won’t find any fault in Him.
Because we will find:
That He is always for us.
That we find that He loves us.
That we find this love is higher than the Heavens for us.
That we find that He will never leave or nor forsake us.
That we find He is always seeking our good.
That we find He is faithful to His words.
That we find He never lies.
That we find He have bigger and better plans for us than we choose for ourselves.
That we find that His ways are the only way we will be satisfied forever.
That we find that only He knows the end from the beginning.
That we find that only He save us.
That we find only He can heal us.
That we find only He is able to provide for us, daily, nightly, any place any time anywhere.
That we find only He is willing to provide for us, daily, nightly, any place any time anywhere.
That we find only Him, His words, His truth will last.
That we find only He, can give us what we really want and need in this life, and the life to come.
May we know that we know that we know Jesus’s heart is for us, full of love seeking us, pursuing us.
May we know that we know that we know that Jesus came down to live for us, to die for us, that we be given eternal life in His kingdom for all time, an offering a gift, we did not ask for, nor did we derve.
May we know that we know that we know that the more that we ask ourselves who He is, what He has done, that we find fault in Him, we will see all that He has offered, all that He is, and we will not find fault or stray from Him, but indeed receive Him, receive His offerings, and become His for all time.
