God is Always Good

Children Who Recognize God is Always Good!!

I form the light and create darkness, I bring prosperity and create disaster; I, the Lord do all these things. Isaiah 45: 7

I have found the greatest healings I have received in this life come from recognizing this truth:
God is sovereign in all circumstances.

That God is sovereign in the good events of our lives.
That God is sovereign in the bad events of our lives.
That in understanding this, we can receive great relief.
That in understanding this, we can receive great healing.
That in understanding this, we can receive great joy!

For after Nebuchadnezzar suffered as a goat, gone mad mentally eating the grass of the field for seven years—one of the worst seasons of His life—He praised God, realizing God was doing it to save Him, to show Him that God was sovereign, so He would be saved, and lead a multitude of lost to be saved too, saving them too from an eternity of pain and suffering and torture.

Joseph suffered injustice of slavery, slander and imprisonment, for thirteen years of suffering but He rose to praise God.
For he realized that God was using it for his good, training to get him into his purpose, to save the world in a famine, and then save his family, his people, keeping them alive to bring forth the Messiah of all mankind, who would save all people, from all generations, from all nations, those who choose Him back.

The greatest tragedy in Jesus’s life, was the greatest day in history for mankind!
For in His suffering—an innocent on the cross, unjustly being crucified, suffering death—all people from every generation can choose salvation, be saved from all their sins, their sinful nature, and be reconnected to God, their Father and be saved for all eternity.
And Jesus rose and took His throne, praising God that He was able to give all mankind and opportunity to be saved and have God as our Father, and joy, peace and health, for all time, so far in the future we cannot count that high.

So in our lives, there may be seasons or events, that don’t make sense at the time.
That may even be in complete opposite of what we prayed for in the moment.
But God in His sovereignty is using them to bless us, train us and equip us for the missions He has for us in the life, to bring in the greatest number of people into His eternal kingdom, that will bring the greatest rewards in this life and in eternity for us.

May we know that we know that we know that God is doing a bigger work in our lives than we imagine.
