Divinely Ordained Sons and Daughters!!
Greatly Blessed Children Seeing Their Father Work Miracles!!!

As the soldiers led Him away, they seized Simon of Cyrene, who was on his way in from the country, and put the cross on him and made him carry it behind Jesus. Luke 23: 26

We don’t know if Simon of Cyrene was a Jesus follower.
But we know that He was made to carry the cross.
He was made to help in something he probably didn’t want to have anything to do with, the death of an innocent.
But It was God given opportunity for Simon to be a blessing, and receive an eternal reward from God.
For Simon got to be recorded in history showing mercy to Jesus, the Messiah, the Savior of the world, in His greatest time of need.
God allowed all this, in Simon’s life, to show mercy to His Son at one of the most painful moments in history.

So Simon got an eternal blessing by being where God needed him to be when he needed him to be there.

And God will do this for us, too.
Getting us to the places where we might not have planned to go, or things we planned to do, yet we unknowingly become one of the greatest blessings to someone else in their hour of need, and giving us one of the greatest blessing we have ever had.

And we have the greater blessing of seeing God’s hand at work in our lives, His sovereignty over all circumstances and seeing Him work in others lives in tandem, coordinating blessings, we couldn’t have imagined or tried to plan.

And then we get an eternal blessing in Heaven, a reward for just being at the place God called us, when He called us there.

May we know that we know that we know, God’s plan is bigger, Him using the most unusual circumstances at times in our lives, even unplanned ones, so that we can fulfill greater blessings and show mercy to people around us, who were bearing great weights, that gives us blessings eternally, too.
