Ask and You Shall Receive!

Those Who Believe He is Willing!
Disciples of the Teacher of All Teachers!

Jesus answered….Luke 5: 39

The teachers of the law are asking Jesus questions.
They want to know why His disciples aren’t fasting.
He constantly lets them ask Him questions.
He lets them try to trap Him with His words.
He lets them ask anything they want to know.
He lets them challenge Him on points of the law.
He lets them challenge Him on mercy.
He lets them ask anything.
And He gives them answers back.

For He wants them to know Him.
He wants them to believe He is who He says He is.
He wants them to hear Him, trust His words, His character, His truth.
So He answers them.

He is the Savior of the World.
He is the Maker of Heaven and Earth.
His words formed the world.
He lets them ask Him anything, and He answers.
And He does that for us, too.

We don’t have access to our elected officials, our President, our singers, our artists, our actors.
And yet the King of All Kings, the One who Makes the Earth Rotate, The God Who Made Designed and Formed the Earth gives us access to ask Him anything, anytime.

That we come to know Him and love Him.

May we know that we know that we know, the Maker of Matter, the Master of the Universe, the King of Kings, the One Who created clouds and wind, is ready and willing and available to talk to us, to teach us, to hear our question, answer our quandaries, and willing to have one on one conversations with us anytime, anywhere, that we would know Him and love Him.
