Calling-Will of God

The Meek Who Inherit The Land, Enjoying Peace and Prosperity!!
Those Who Spend Their Days Under The Lords’ Care, Who’s Inheritance Will Endure Forever!!

Paul an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God…Ephesians 1: 1

Paul is opening up his letter.
The letter to the Ephesian church.
He is starting with his title.
That we know who He is.

But more importantly we know who commissioned Him.
That Jesus did.
That Jesus called Him.
That Jesus willed this calling for His life.
That Jesus brought it to pass.

First so they would listen to everything he said afterwards.
That they would know that really this is what Jesus wants them to know.

But also it speaks to us of our lives.
That Jesus is the one who appoints us.
That Jesus is the one directing our lives.
That Jesus is the one who gives us our callings.

For the Bible says He is the author and finisher of our faiths.
This applies to those who believe in Him.
And those who do not.

For Jesus is God.
He chose where we were born.
He chose to who we were born.
He chose our hair color, our eye color, our height.
He chose the innate desires in our hearts, that influence our choices in this life.
And He has a calling for each and every one of us.

It’s His will that everyone on this planet know Him.
It’s His will that everyone on this planet believe in Him.
It’s His will that everyone on this planet be led by Him daily.
It’s His will that everyone on this planet receive Him as Lord and Savior, being set free from the world’s system of slavery.

That this is the calling, to be a child of God.
That this is the calling, to walk with Him in this life and the next.
That this is the calling, to receive this love, His love, that we would tell everyone else about it too.

May we know that we know that we know we are all commissioned, called by the will of Jesus, to receive Him in this life, getting to know Him so well, that we go and tell others about their true calling in this life, leading everyone and anyone to the life to have life with Jesus now that gives us life with Him forever.
