Ears Wide Open

Those Who Have Heard the Call to Salvation!
Those Who Know the Sound of Their Shepherd’s Voice!

Sacrifice and offering you did not desire but my ears you have opened. Psalm 40: 6

God is telling us His Heart.
That His hope for people, is that we would listen to Him.
For faith comes by hearing.
And when we have faith to believe in Jesus’s sacrifice for our sinful nature, we get saved for all eternity.
So God is keen for us to hear Him, to listen to what He says.

When God opened up the Heavens at the transfiguration, He told the Apostles, that Jesus was His Son, whom He was pleased with, and that they were to listen to Him.

For Jesus’s words are power to heal, to save, to direct, to comfort, to bless.

May we know that we know that we know there is great power in listening to the Word of God being spoken.
