Those With Prophetic Vision

Prayer Warriors Rescued From the Mire!
Those Who Receive Power and Strength and Great Insight!

They put gall in my food and gave me vinegar for my thirst. This will please the Lord more than an ox, more than a bull with its horns and hooves. Psalm 69: 21 & 31

Jesus is speaking prophetically through king David.
When He came, they gave Him wine vinegar on the cross when He cried out in thirst.
He is telling us His sacrifice is going to please God more than any animal sacrifice.

Jesus knows the situation He is headed to.
He knows the people of His generation wouldn’t understand at the time.
He knows they will be unkind to Him.
But He looks towards the glory that God is going to bring through this pain and tragedy for Him.
He looks towards the end result of His suffering and declares the good result that it is going to bring Him.

That it will please God the Father.
That it was going to bless all of humanity.
That it was going to bring fulfillment of God’s plan for all humanity set into motion at creation.
That it was going to bring Him praise, glory, honor, power, authority, for all eternity.
That it was going to buy back all of His creation, who was lost to Him through rebellion in Eden.

That it was going to finally give all people the opportunity to be what we were always called to be, His little loved ones, God’s Sons and Daughters, Eternal, Immortal, Youthful, Favored, Prospering Ones getting to walk in new destinies-like knitting stars together, designing new galaxies, painting sunrises with our Maker- and more than we have yet to fathom.

May we know that we know that we know that the King of Kings, was able to look past the temporary pain and suffering speaking life, being encouraged that His legacy, His purpose was so much bigger, better, and longer lasting, than anything He encountered in this short season of choosing.

May we know that we know that we know, Since Jesus the Conquering King lives inside us, we are more than able to do this too, being fully encouraged that what is awaiting us, is much greater, more fulfilling and bringing lasting glory for us with God, that the momentary pains of this life cannot quench.

May we know that we know that we know as we imitate Jesus in this way, we will be filled with peace that surpasses all understanding and be renewed with an inner strength that keeps us keeping on.
