Glorified!!
Those Who Have Become Crowns of Splendor In His Hands!
Those Who’s Light Shines Brighter Than the Stars!!
When he was gone, Jesus said, Now the Son of Man is glorified and God is glorified in Him. John 13: 31
Jesus had told Judas to go and do what he was going to do quickly
Then He gave him bread and Judas left.
Judas was going to betray Jesus.
Jesus knew this.
Though no one else seemed to understand at the meal.
And Jesus is telling us that this glorified Him and God.
Because Jesus didn’t prevent this betrayal.
Because Jesus knew Judas was going to betray him.
Because Jesus allowed it.
Because Jesus knew He needed to suffer and die for mankind.
Jesus is showing us a lesson.
That He overcoming His humanness, to choose to suffer, to choose to be betrayed, to choose to be slandered, hated, and murdered— this obedience—was bringing Him glory.
That obedience to God’s plans for our lives will brings us glory.
That obedience to God’s ways in this life, bring us glory, in the Heavenly realm the moment we obey.
That obedience to God is what seemingly makes us the lights of Heaven.
For the way to receive salvation, the way to have life forever in God’s Kingdom starts with obedience.
For we are called to obey God by believing the truth, that Jesus is the Lord.
For we are called to obey God by believing the truth that Jesus paid for our sinful Adam and Eve hearts.
For we are called to obey God by speaking this truth out loud, declaring, Jesus is the Lord.
That this will cover us, fill us, with God’s glory.
And then after, the more we obey, Him, His ways:
the more glory we are covered with,
the more glory we are filled with,
the more glory surrounds us.
May we know that we know that we know Jesus modeled how we glorify God and become glorified, obedience to God and His ways through Jesus Christ.
