God’s Battle

Seen and Heard Sons and Daughters!!
Chosen Children of the Most High God!!

For we have no power to face this vast army that is attacking us. We do not know what to do but our eyes are on you. 2 Chronicles 20: 12

Jehoshaphat had no power to set his people free from this invading army.

Jehoshaphat didn’t know what to do but He knew to turn to the One who does.

God encouraged Him, spoke lovingly to Him, and promised to fight the battle for Him.

And then God moved setting Jehoshaphat free from this battle, and provided blessings for Him and the people through it.

That the battle that God fought for Him, showed Him that God heard Him, cared about him, came down to fight for him, and through this challenge, brought him a greater blessing than he had before.

We had no power to set ourselves free from bondage.

And even before we called out to God for freedom, He had already fought this battle for us.

He had already sent Jesus to die for our sins, so we could receive it and be set free from bondage.

Like Jehoshaphat we didn’t have to fight the battle, we just got to see that God heard us, loved us, fought our battles with Jesus, and we just receive more blessing than we ever had or could have imagined.

And unlike Jehoshaphat, our blessings aren’t just for this season of life, but a greater eternal blessing that will go on and on and on.

And an even greater blessing of knowing that we have a Heavenly Father who comes down to fight our battles, who lovingly takes care of us daily, nightly, today, seeing our needs and makes a way to provide for us, all because He loves us so much.

May we know that we know that we know, He will fight for us, no matter the overwhelming trial, terrible tribulation, or unsurmountable battle, we can rest in Him, our Lord and Provider and see the deliverance from our Lord.

May we know that we know that we know, we have proof He will do this, through the offering of Jesus Christ, His life in exchange for our eternal souls.

May we know that we know that we know, God did this that we would all choose to become His children, Sons and Daughters of the Most High, to be taken care of, loved, and filled with grander missions and purposes that we have yet to fathom.
