All We Could Ever Desire!
Seekers of the Wisdom from the Ancient of Days!!
Those Who Receive Back More Than They Could Ever Bring!!
King Solomon gave the Queen of Sheba all she desired and asked for; he gave her more than she brought to him. Then she left and returned with her retinue to her own country. 2 Chronicles 9: 12
King Solomon was one of the wisest people who walked the earth.
Because God had filled him with His wisdom.
Solomon was symbolic of Jesus Christ, God with us, the Wisest Man that ever walked the earth.
For Jesus was and is God.
And Jesus made creation, man, and knows all things.
The Old Testament, the lives of those who have gone before us, listed in the Bible, are there to show us, God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit.
So if a wise king, symbolic of Jesus Christ, gave a woman who came seeking wisdom from him, and he gave her more than she desired, more than she asked for—way more gifts, gold and blessings than she brought to him.
Then we can glean, know, believe that Jesus Christ our Wise King, will give those who seek Him, His wisdom, more than we even desire.
More wisdom, more peace, more joy, more everything good.
For the Bible said, even more than she desired. Not just asked for, or thought was possible, but more than she desired.
May we know that we know that we know, God our Father sent Jesus Christ, a gift that is more than we could have desired.
For He paid for our sinful nature from Eden through torture, humilation, and sacrifice.
For He sent us the Holy Spirit, to lead us, to guide us, to fill us with His wisdom and love, daily and nighty, leading us on this journey to live in wisdom and freedom showing us our loving Messiah, walking us on a journey to meet Him face to face, where we will have even more than we can hope for. For the trapping of this life, the corruption, the lack, the pain, the loneliness, the suffering will have all passed away.
And all that will remain, is love, joy, health, peace- a completeness that at the best of times of this season life-we have barely tasted.
May we know that we know we know Jesus is more than we desire and has more than we can even hope for, for us today and tomorrow and forever.
It’s already on the way.
