He Offers!!!

Those Who See the True Light That Came Into the World!!
Those Who Find Their God, Full of Grace and Truth!!

Jesus said, “Father forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” Luke 23: 34

Jesus was speaking from the cross.
He was was beaten, bleeding and hanging by nails.
And He was speaking over those who had put Him on the cross.
He was speaking over those who walked by mocking Him.
He was speaking over those who were about to cast lots for His clothes.
He was speaking over those who shouted to crucify Him.
He was speaking over every religious authority who had Him convicted.
He was speaking over every Roman solider that beat Him.
He was speaking over every person who rejected His Kingship.
He was even speaking over Pilate who allowed Him to be wrongly convicted and killed knowing He was innocent.

But what we all we need to know is that Jesus is speaking this over us too.
That Jesus is on the cross asking God to forgive us.
That Jesus is aware that we don’t know what we are doing.
That Jesus has asked God our Father to forgive us,
That Jesus has asked God for mercy for us.
That Jesus in His utmost pain has petitioned God for our sakes,

That Jesus the Savior of the World, the Messiah, the Lamb of Sacrifice had a heart of love for us as we, in our sinful nature, sent Him to the cross to die for us.
That our natural hearts given to us at birth set us against Him and His ways since our inception in the womb.
And He knew this.
And so He asked for our forgiveness in our ignorance of how we thought, of how we spoke, of how we acted, of how we were against Him in our very nature.

For the very reason He came was to be our perfect example of obeying God’s ways and then be our perfect sacrifice to pay for our imperfect fallen Adam and Eve’s hearts against God.

May we know that we know that we know when Jesus cries out for forgiveness, He is crying out for all of humanity.

May we know that we know that we know He knows we didn’t and don’t know.

May we know that we know that we know He offers mercy for all people, those then and us now for what we didn’t know and offers us Himself that we would now know and be saved.
