He who made the Pleiades and Orion who turns midnight into dawn and darkens day into night who calls for the waters of the seas and pours them out over the face of the land-the Lord is His name. Amos 5: 8

God gave me this verse the other day when asking for encouragement.
That someone said something that just hit me right, in the worst way.
That it gave me a moment of not living from victory but a moment of thoughts, on the defense.
Like I had become like a balloon, having my faith deflate, seep out all at once.

Then my sweet Father, as I called out to Him, gave me this verse.

It reminded me that He is the author and the finisher of my faith.
That He is the one in control of my circumstances.
That He is the one who has the final say.

For He is in control of the waves, the water, the limits, the boundaries of the oceans.
For He is in control of the stars, the stars that are so far away, no human can travel to them, get near them, and can only calculate, estimate how far away they even are.
And they have to obey Him.

May we know that we know that we know no matter our circumstances, God is in control over all things, and nothing can stop His will for our life.

May we know that we know that we know God sent Jesus Christ to live for us, and then to die for us, that we never suffer the true extent of the extreme pain and consequences of our actions in this life.

May we know that we know that we know, if God moved Heaven and Earth to send Jesus to us, to save us, that we would all be His children, taken care of by Him for today, for tomorrow, and forever, being comforted, full of His love, full of peace, full of His completeness, access to His wisdom daily and nightly, to make wise decisions that bring, health, healing and unity all around us, then we can take comfort in the fact that He is in control over all things.
