Who We Become!

God’s Chosen People, Holy And Dearly Loved!
Those Being Clothed With Compassion, Kindness, Humility, Gentleness, and Patience!

You are to wash the internal organs and the legs with water, and the priest is to burn all of it on the altar. It is a burnt offering, a food offering, an aroma pleasing to the Lord. Leviticus 1: 9

This is all foreshadowing of the process we go through when we believe in Jesus Christ as Lord.
This is who we become.
We become this offering.
We become this newly cleaned sacrifice.
We become this burnt offering.
We become this aroma pleasing to the Lord.

Because when we believe in Jesus Christ, we receive His perfect Spirit.
His Holy Spirit that washes us clean on the inside.
His Spirit that then takes us through a refining process.
His Spirit that purifies us through burning.
That burns up our old self.
That burns up our old rebellious hearts from our Adam and Eve nature.
That burns up our old desires.
That burns up our old ways of following ourselves.

That we get given daily opportunities to surrender.
That we get given daily opportunities to put ourselves on this altar of sacrifice.
To surrender to His ways.
To surrender to His thinking.
To surrender to His plans.
To surrender to His timing.

May we know that we know that we know everything in the Bible is meant to point us, lead us, reveal to us how to enter into God’s Eternal Kingdom, becoming who we were called to be in this life, followers of Jesus Christ, holders of His Spirit, that makes us new, that makes us, the pleasing aroma to the Maker of Heaven and Earth who holds the keys to death, hell, and the grave, who restores and redeems mankind, that we be His for all time.
