No Waiting

Those Who Have Learned Who the Son Sets Free is Free Indeed!
Those Who Know Jesus is the Way, The Truth and The Life!

That evening after sunset the people brought to Jesus all the sick and the demon possessed. Mark 1: 32

That evening.
They were waiting for the Sabbath to pass.
They had been bound by rules.
That they couldn’t travel on the sabbath.
That they didn’t know they could go get healing during those hours.

But Jesus who had just healed a person, on the Sabbath at the synagogue, was showing them that now, because of Jesus—who He was and Is— they (and now us) were going to be able to come to Him at any time day or night sabbath or not, to get their healing.

Which is why the story of Simon Peter’s mother in-law’s healing, says they—the disciples—immediately told Jesus about her.
And He healed her right then.
For the disciples had realized they didn’t have to wait for sundown to ask.
That it didn’t matter when.
It just mattered who, Jesus.

May we know that we know that we know that no matter the time of day or night, we can come to Jesus to ask for healing.

May we know that we know that we know Jesus God with Us, The Healer, The Lord of All Creation, Lord of our bodies, Lord of our systems, Lord of our rules.

May we know that we know that we know Jesus made a way for all people to receive their healing, through the cross, that opened up Heaven for us, access to our Father again, the open door to health and healing for our physical and emotional and spiritual needs, today, tomorrow and for all time.
