Those Who Sing Praises to the Most High!
Those Who Are Full of His Unfailing Love in the Morning!
Those Who Live Seeing His Faithfulness in the Evening!

You have exalted my horn like that of a wild ox. Fine oils have been poured on me. My eyes have seen the defeat of my adversaries. My ears have heard the rout of my wicked foes. Psalm 92: 10-11

David is prophesying of Jesus through His life. That God provided this for David in his time. But it also shows us what was going to happen in Jesus’s life. For David was prophet of God’s. And the Psalms give us beautiful insight into Jesus’s heart and mind, his thoughts as He went through His battles to save us.

In the tomb God raised Jesus up. His horn-His kingdom raised because He just defeated death by His perfect sacrifice. That this made Jesus’s Kingdom the greatest Kingdom that has ever existed, defeating all human kingdoms and the enemy’s kingdom for all eternity.

Fine Oils Poured on me
His body prepared for the tomb
Preparation for His Marriage to all people
Preparation for Meeting the King

His body was covered with spices, perfume, oils when He was put in the tomb. Which was used like in Esther to prepare Him for His marriage to all mankind, when He exited alive, giving all people the opportunity to be saved by His sacrifice.
And since Esther was going to the King, it also prepared Jesus, for going back to God, the Father, the King of the Universe.

Defeat of My Adversaries
He defeated death, hell and the enemy of our souls. He took back power of Earth for mankind, giving us an opportunity to be set free from eternal death.

Rout of His wicked foes.
The enemy had to retreat.
He had to back off for now, Jesus is the King of the world, rightfully again, for all of us to walk in freedom from the enemy’s oppression.

May we know that we know that we know that reading the Psalms gives us greater insight into our Savior, our Messiah, His heart, God’s plans for Him and us, and Jesus’s thoughts, that we would know Him so much more deeply, and love Him completely.
