Rebuilt, Renewed

Those Called His People!
Those Who Find He Is With Us!

I will restore the fortunes of Jacob’s tents and have compassion on his dwellings; the city will be rebuilt on her ruins and the palace will stand in its proper place. Jeremiah 30: 18

God is speaking through the prophet Jeremiah.
He is letting them know that after this exile, after the trial, He will restore them.
He is infusing them with hope.
Knowing that though they are about to go through a tough season, but that there is still hope.
That He is going to restore them.
That He will bring them back to their land.
That all that was destroyed will be renewed, restored, made better.

The Israelites, their lives, their promises, are examples of God’s ways, God’s promises for all humanity.
A reoccurring theme, that we understand and see God’s plan for the world.

That we would see the Messiah, for this is His story too.
Destroyed on the Cross.
Brought back to life.
Sent to save the Gentiles.
Now Coming back in great power and glory, to reclaim the whole world.

For this season of life itself, due to the fall at Eden, was a destruction of mankind, then all of humanities exile from God, His Presence.
But that God would rebuild us, restore us, redeem us, through the Messiah.

That this life, living with a destruction of our souls, in exile from our Maker, will bring us all, trials, pain, suffering.
But through it, we see ourselves, we see our need, our need for Him, our need to be rebuilt.
Then we see our God, our Father, our Maker, show up and heal us, save us, redeem us.
That He builds us up back better.

For when we believe that Jesus Christ is the Lord and Savior, we receive His Spirit, that fill us, heals our soul.
This is how we are literally rebuilt back better.

That instead of the fallen sinful nature enslaved to the things of the world, we now have the perfect Spirit of God.
His Spirit that gives us first God, Our Father, Jesus Christ, to live inside us, reconnected to be whole, to be full, to be complete with the Eternal Lover of our Souls.
His Spirit that gives us His wisdom, His Mind, His Heart, His very thoughts.
His Spirit that gives us life past our mortal body's expiration date.
His Spirit that gives us family, that we will live with, be connected to, be able to know, speak with, love on, hug on, to truly know without any hinderance of this world’s insecurity and brokenness getting in the way anymore.
His Spirit that is our golden ticket, our membership pass into the Forever Kingdom of God, where death and sickness no longer exist.
His Spirit that renews our youth and energy.
His Spirit that gives us hope, for the new future, for the new purposes in His Kingdom.
His Spirit that gives us joy today through all the hope His presence has brought us.

May we know that we know that we know, no matter the ash heaps we sit in or the ruins we have walked through, this is just the beginning of the rebuilding process.

May we know that we know that we know rebuilding, renewing is what God does!

May we know that we know that we know as we look to Jesus who was rebuilt back from death to life, but better, we can have hope for anything and everything to be restored and rebuilt too.
