Those Who Go Up!

Those Who Draw Near To God And Get Rewarded!!
Those Who Go Up At Once And Occupy It!!

Go up to the land flowing with milk and honey. But I will not go with you, because you are a stiff-necked people and I might destroy you on the way. Exodus 33: 3

God is sending the Israelites up to the Promised Land.
A Good Land.
A Beautiful Land.
A Real Place that He prepared for them.
A Real space where they were going to have their own nation.

That they are on a journey to the land He has promised.
Now this land is promised to all people.
Not the physical space of Israel.
But the Kingdom of Jesus.

They had just turned away from God, making golden calves.
And so God is sending them on a faith journey.
Giving them an opportunity to walk in faith, to walk in obedience.
He is giving them this task to accomplish.
The simple act of walking towards the Land He promised.
This obedience.
This good land for them, for their nation.

But He is letting them know, He knows their hearts.
He knows they tend to turn away from Him.
That He may destroy them.

This applies to all mankind.
For we are all on this journey.
In life we decide where do we want to go.
Do we want to walk to the Land flowing with Milk and Honey.
Do we want to walk to the Land that God chose for us.
His Kingdom.
His Land.
His Good plans for us.

We are all stiff necked people.
We all started this life with rebellious hearts.
From Adam and Eve.
For they corrupted our design in Eden.

That if we stay in our natural state, stiff necked, rebellious, that we would be destroyed by God.
For all those who do not choose Jesus.
For all those who do not choose to go to the good land.
For all those who do not choose to go to the land flowing with milk and honey.
For we would be choosing an eternity without the God, the only God, that gives life.
For we would be choosing an eternity without the God, the only God, that heals the sick.
For we would be choosing an eternity without God, the only God, that provides security, peace, joy, and love.
For we would be choosing an eternity without God, our Maker, who knows us, who loves us, who is seeking to love us, for all eternity.
For we would be choosing an eternity without God, our Father, our Brother, Our Savior.
For we would be choosing an eternity without God, in the place we were made for, a place of forever belonging, a home, a space, a forever family!

So God was giving them an opportunity to walk in obedience to this land.
That in walking to this land they would live.
That in walking to this land, they were actually walking towards God.

May we know that we know that we know we all have this choice to make in this life, choosing to walk toward the Kingdom of God that gives life or choosing destruction, eternal life without Him, without His land of flowing goodness.

May we know that we know that we know this land, this God, is the Kingdom of Jesus Christ, the Jewish Messiah, who came to save Gentiles too, all people, all mankind, all humanity, anyone that will choose Him.

May we know that we know that we know the walking of faith that brings us into this Kingdom of Goodness, is asking Jesus Christ— Yeshua for my Jewish friends—to be our Lord and Savior.
