Time With the Lord!

Those Who Sit With The Lord, The Lord Who Is Gracious and Compassionate Learning From Him and His Ways!!!
Loved Ones of the Lord Who Shine Like the Son!!

When Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two tablets of the covenant law in his hands, he was not aware that his face was radiant because he had spoken with the Lord. Exodus 34: 29

There is a scripture that states those who look to the Lord, their face is made radiant.
This isn’t just a hopeful statement.
For we have Moses as an example to show us, that this actually happened.

That when Moses came down the mountain after spending time with the Lord—Jesus— his face shined with the glory of the Lord.
That he wasn’t even aware of it.
They didn’t have mirrors on the mountain and he was alone with the Lord.
So there was no one else to see it and tell him.
Until he came down the mountain to share God’s words with the Israelites.

God is showing us what happens to us and for us when we spend time with Him.
That we start to look like Him.
That we start to shine like Him.
That we start to reflect the goodness, the glory, the majesty of the Maker of Heaven and Earth.

That we might not see it.
That we might not feel it.
But that we will start to look like Him.
That others around us will notice we are different.
Because we will literally be different.

We will have an inner peace knowing that our Father is ready and available to help us all the time.
We will have joy inside knowing the Maker of Heaven and Earth loves us with unfathomable love that sent His one and Only Son to die for us and give us His perfect actions in place of ours.
We will have inner security knowing we belong to an eternal family, that we can never lose, nor have it taken away from us, where we belong for all time, even past when our bodies expire.
We will have an inner completeness knowing no matter what is happening in our lives, our Father, our Savior are bigger, stronger than any circumstances.
And since they are good, we can know the plans they have for us are good, no matter what it looks like or feels like.

In walking in these truths, walking in this relationship with the Lord, people will know, people will see, we are different.
And just like Moses our face will start to reflect our Father, our Savior, their heart shining out of faces to everyone around us.
That this would lead everyone who sees us, who experiences us, to want the blessing we have found, in knowing the Savior of the World as our very own personal Lord, our guide, our God, our friend, our helper, our completer, our peace, our provider, our healer, the very life force inside us.

May we know that we know that we know the value in having a relationship with the Lord of All—Jesus Christ— the One who laid down His life to give it to us, that we would live forever.
