Darkness That Can Be Felt Is Defeated
Those Who Will Not Walk In Darkness but Live in the Light of Life!
Those Who’s Light Shines Before Others!
Then the Lord said to Moses, Stretch out your hand toward the sky so that darkness spreads over Egypt—darkness that can be felt. So Moses stretched out his hand toward the sky, and total darkness covered all of Egypt for three days. Exodus 10: 21-22
All this testifies of Jesus Christ and His sacrifice for us,
where He came from and what His purpose was.
The darkness during the plagues of Egypt covered the sky for three days for the Egyptians.
The Hebrews, however, were covered with supernatural light, living in the light from above, for these three days.
First we see that God, the Only God was showing the Egyptians, that He was the God over light and darkness.
For they worshiped a god of sun.
But the real God, the Only God, the God of Abraham and Isaac and Jacob, was over all light, for He made it the first day of creation.
God wanted them to see and know He is the only God.
For the light covering the Hebrews shows us He is the Only God.
That the Hebrews were led by, reveal to all people, to Gentiles, to pagans, Who the Real God of the Universe was and Is, God, the Light of The World, the Creator of All Creation.
We also see through this that God, is revealing what He came to save all people from, the darkness that can be felt.
For we were all born with a heart bent to sin, a heart separated from the God of Light, because of the fall of Adam and Eve.
That we needed this God, the Only God, to make a way for us to receive His light, His light that can be felt, that we can live in, see truth in and through, a light that sets us free from the darkness that can be felt.
And the Hebrews were covered in light for these three days, while the rest of the world was in darkness, because God wanted All people, All Gentiles, All pagans and All Hebrews, to know, that this light, that heals, that removes the darkness that can be felt, would come through the Hebrew line!!
That this utter darkness lasted three days over All of Egypt.
God was foreshadowing the mechanism, the power, that will turn darkness into light for All of the world, Jesus and His sacrifice, His three-day death.
For Jesus, the Light of the World, God’s only Son, God With Us, came down to earth, as a Hebrew, a Jewish Rabbi, to give us this light inside us, removing the darkness that can be felt.
For Jesus’s self-sacrificing death, His three days in the grave, three days of darkness for Him and then Him rising to take His life back up again, offers all people His perfect Heart of Light, Heart of Love, Heart of Life, in exchange for our heart where darkness can be felt.
May we know that we know that we know Jesus came to set us free from the darkness that can be felt, giving us His light, His Life, His heart.
May we know that we know that we know that receiving Jesus’s Christ sacrifice will give us His light that pushes out any darkness that can be felt.
May we know that we know that we know, no matter any darkness of night in the world around us, we can live with the light of Lord inside us, until He bursts forth His light in our circumstances too.
