Heaven and Hell-Choose Heaven!!
Those Who Find the Treasure Hidden in A Field!!
Those Who Realize They Are Jesus’s Pearl of Great Price!!
They will throw them into blazing furnace where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the Kingdom of their Father-whoever has ears let them hear. Matthew 13: 42-43
Jesus talked a lot about what is awaiting us after our physical death.
I generally speak/write on the positive side of what God, Jesus, are offering us.
I believe in encouraging people to the right path.
Because I know if I focus on the negative, it sparks fear.
And Jesus said it the kindness of the Lord that calls us, not fear.
But I was talking with a friend yesterday.
I was explaining that when I asked Jesus into my heart, I didn’t know much of God.
But I knew I didn’t want to go to the bad place.
So it was more a choice of not wanting bad.
And then my journey with the Lord has been all about learning how good He really is and How much good He wants for us.
There was a comedian that used to make me laugh so hard.
He said that choosing Heaven or Hell was like God offering cake or death.
Now that is a very simplistic allegory.
For it is so much more.
But it is true that when we realize what God is offering us through Jesus Christ, we will want the cake option.
This wisdom in knowing that if we choose our way or just choose not to choose staying in our natural state—instead of choosing Jesus and His offering we will suffer for all eternity—is what helps motivate me to tell each and every person about what Jesus offers us.
Because I don’t want anyone to go to the bad place.
No matter what they have done.
Because there is no getting out of this choice.
That this life is the season to choose where we want to spend eternity.
That I truly want all people to choose Jesus.
That they, we, all go to the Kingdom of God, to be united with our Maker, who made us, who designed us, who loves us beyond compare.
That they, we, all go to the Kingdom of God where we are made new, where we have life in a place without sickness or disease, a place where we are reunited with our loved ones, a place where the earth is made new and it will no longer be labor to work, where disasters never exist and new challenges, new goals, new adventures will fill our time.
That they, we, all will go to the Kingdom of God, where we will be complete, physically, emotionally, spiritually, never knowing loneliness, sorrow, insecurity, or lack.
That they, we, all will go to the Kingdom of God, getting to be all we were truly made to be, filled with eternal joy and a satisfaction so deep that cannot be communicated in words.
May we know that we know that we know if we choose to ask Jesus into our hearts, we will go to the Kingdom of God for all eternity.
May we know that we know that we know the moment we ask Jesus into our hearts we have actually entered the Kingdom of God spiritually.
May we know that we know that we know Jesus offers this gift everyone and anyone, that His Kingdom be full.
