Longer For A Reason!

Those Walking to Emmaus With Jesus!!
Those Who’s Clothes, Shoes, and Provision Never Run Out!!!

When Pharaoh let the people go, God did not lead them on the road through the Philistine country though that was shorter. For God said if they face war they might change their minds and return to Egypt. Exodus 13: 17

When Pharaoh let the people go, they had been slaves for 400 years.
When Pharaoh let the people go, they had only seen the wrath of God against their enemies.
When Pharaoh let the people go, they were just learning about the faithfulness of their God.
When Pharaoh let the people go, they had not yet seen the constantly intervening, constantly providing Lord that loves them for generation after generation after generation.

We were all slaves to the world system before we received Jesus Christ’s sacrificial death for us.

When the enemy our souls let us go, we had just learned that Jesus paid for the wrath of God.
When the enemy of our souls let us go, we were just learning about the faithfulness of God.
When the enemy of our souls let us go, we were just learning about the constantly intervening, constantly providing Lord that loves us for generation after generation after generation.

So maybe just like the Israelites, God has been taking us on a longer route to our Promised Lands, that we not be overwhelmed and give up too.

May we know that we know that we know that we know that each day we get closer to our finally’s, our long awaited answered prayers, our Promised Lands.

May we know that we know that we know that God is always good and if He is taking us on a longer route than we hoped, it is for our good, giving us this time to get to know and see and learn about our Father, our Savior, Their Spirit, Their goodness and Their Unfailing love for us each second, each breath of this journey.

May we know that we know that we know that the Israelites got to the Promised Land and we who have believed in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior are living in most important version of Promised Land already, that we entered the moment we believed in Him, the eternal never perishing never fading full of health and healing and joy forever, the Eternal Kingdom of God Promised Land.
