Prayer: An Offering

Those Who Pray Without Ceasing!!
Those Who Always Pray and Do Not Lose Heart

So Jacob’s gifts when on ahead of him but he himself spent the night in the camp. Genesis 32: 21

Jacob here was sending gifts on ahead to his brother, that this satisfy his brothers anger, from their previous conflicts.
That his gifts have gone ahead of him.

Reading this scripture made me think about Cornelius in Acts 10.
God said that Cornelius’s prayers and offerings to the poor have come up before Him as a memorial offering.
That Cornelius was sending them up before him, to God.
and God took notice.

That our prayers go before us.
That our prayers to God are always heard.
That our prayers to God are actually an offering to the Lord, a gift to the Lord.

For in Revelation we read that angels are holding bowls of incense, a perfume, in front of God, that was made up by the prayers of His people.

It reminded, me, it encouraged me that everyone of my prayers comes up before my God.
That my prayers go before me, in Heaven.
That while I can’t see God face to face yet, my literal words, my prayers, my pleas are heard, going straight from earth out of my mouth to His ears.
That they stand in my place.
The place that I will one day take up.
But right now, they are a gift to God.
That He considers my prayers, my hopes, my concerns, my conversations with Him, as an offering, as a gift to Him, as a blessing to God.

Saying to Him:
I belong to Him.
I believe in Him.
I Love Him.
I am His daughter.
I am His family.
I Trust Him.
I Know He is Able.
I Know He Cares.
I Know He is Listening.

May we know that we know that we know every single prayer goes before us, speaking on behalf of us, to our Father in Heaven, until we see Him face to face.

May we know that we know that we know every single prayer is heard before our Father in Heaven.

May we know that we know that we know each and every single prayer is an offering, a gift, a blessing, a sweet aroma, to God, our Father.
