Ruler of Own Household
Those Who Taste and See That He Is Good!!
Those Who Will Feast On The Abundance Of His House, And Drink From the River of Delights!
He sent dispatches to all parts of the kingdom, to each province in its own script and to each people in their own language, proclaiming that every man should be ruler over His own household, using his native tongue. Esther 1: 22
Jesus/God are telling us this story.
The story of Esther.
The story which was a real-life story of people.
But also is the allegory of salvation for the Jews and all people.
The King was mad because His wife, the Queen would not come to His banquet, to be seen as His beautiful bride to people from all around the world.
So He removes her as Queen and searches the whole world for a new bride.
This scripture is part of the King Xerxes response to the Queen Vashti not coming to the banquet.
The King teaches the world that each man should be ruler over His own household.
On the surface this seems like the most painful, shameful ugliness to women.
However, it isn’t!!!
When I learned that God was always good, and this Bible is good news, I saw the deeper meaning of all these things.
Israel is Queen Vashti, that would not come to the banquet.
For they did not receive Jesus as Lord when He walked the earth.
And this proclamation is to show us what happens in this season.
The season where Jesus has gone to Gentiles-Xerxes seeking His bride all around the world.
That each man should be the ruler of His household.
That He sent this proclamation in every language.
For this is the allegory of the Holy Spirit.
Jesus died, rose again and then rose to Heaven.
He then sent His Spirit out to call all mankind.
That those who receive Him as Lord, receive His Holy Spirit.
His Spirit that can call and does call people of every language group.
His Spirit that speaks to us in our native tongue.
That all would understand Him.
That all would be led by Him.
That the whole world-people of every nation, every tribe, every language group-become part of Jesus’s Kingdom.
That He-The Holy Spirit-comes to live inside us.
He then leads and guides us.
That this is the each man becoming the ruler of His household.
For each person, of mankind, male and female, becomes led, led by our new hearts, our new Spirits from Jesus.
That this is what makes us the ruler of our household!!
This scripture is also showing us the season we live in, the timeline for redemption of the world and for Jews.
That those who believe now are being led by the Holy Spirit.
But we see that a new season is coming.
Where God/Jesus will directly lead the world.
The new season where Jews are redeemed, restored to their first purpose.
Esther who becomes the new Queen, is a Jewish orphan.
Meaning Israel, Jews, will find and receive Jesus as Lord.
That they will be a humbled people group being directly led by God/Jesus again.
That they will be made His Queen.
That they will come to the feast.
The feast in the Kingdom of God.
But now they are part of a bigger kingdom.
A Kingdom that includes people from every nation, every people group, every tribe.
A season where the King Jesus will come to save them directly.
May we know that we know that we know God is always good.
May we know that we know that we know when truly understand who Jesus is and why He came, we will truly believe How good He is and see all the good He really has for us.
May we know that we know that we know Jesus loves us and offers His unfathomable love to each person on this planet, that we all be become part of His Kingdom, the only Kingdom that will last, the only Kingdom that gives life, that heals, that renews us, give us the wisdom that soothes us, that teaches us, that leads us on the best path, and fills us with the joy we seek from everything else in this life.
