Children Covered in the Favor of God!!
Those Lifted Up In Due Time!!

Not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock. 1 Peter 5: 3

Peter is talking about our roles in authority.
That as we are called higher, we are called to walk more with and be more like Jesus.
That we are held to a higher standard.
That we are going to be seen more.
That we are going to need to work harder.

Jesus when He walked the earth, He served others.
Though He was God Himself.
Though He was the King of the World.
Though He was and is the Creator of the Universe, the earth, animals and humankind.
And yet He surrendered to serve.
He surrendered to take care of other’s needs.
He surrendered to submit to help anyone and everyone.
He surrendered to take the time to love on people however they needed.
And it is what He is calling us to do.
That as we progress in our career, in our titles, in our lives, we are called to humble ourselves to serve all people.

May we know that we know that we know the Master of the Universe humbled Himself to show God’s love to all people, that we His followers would walk in His ways, bringing humble spirits, to show God’s love to everyone around us too.
